Founded by local expert baker Caitlin Thomson, FRANKIES dawns its name after her Italian great-grandfather, a lineage she has held close to her heart while developing her skills crafting a wide array of delectable recipes. With 25 years in the industry including a formal culinary education, Caitlin has been providing mouth watering cakes, treats and chef creations to the Lake Tahoe area for over 13 years.

Caitlin prides herself in high-level (and altitude) goods, with a keen emphasis on marrying extremely delicious and unique flavor with beautiful, thoughtful design.
